Alerts aren't arriving

Check Settings › Notifications › Boba's Launch Alerts is allowed, and that alerts are turned on inside the app (the bell on the home screen). Time-sensitive alerts come through Focus modes; if you've turned that off for the app, the T-10 call will wait until Focus ends.

"Visible from you" says nothing

The app needs your location to work out visibility. Allow it in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services. It's used on your phone only.

The launch time changed

Rockets slip. The app refreshes from Launch Library and our server pushes changes within about ten minutes. Pull down on the home screen to refresh by hand.

Mission Crew subscription

Manage, cancel, or restore in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or tap Restore Purchase inside the app's settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

AR isn't working

AR needs an iPhone with a camera and iOS 18 or later, and it needs camera permission. Point at the floor and move the phone slowly until the rocket appears; tap RESET to start over.

Something's wrong with the data

Launch details come from Launch Library 2 by The Space Devs. If a rocket, pad, or time is wrong there, it's wrong here too; tell us and we'll pass it along.
